Accounts. You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password safe.

Subscriptions. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until canceled. You can cancel any time in Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Free trials convert to paid unless canceled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content. You own what you upload and create. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and that your books comply with Amazon KDP's content guidelines, including AI-content disclosure.

AI output. AI-generated text and images may be inaccurate or resemble existing works. Review everything before publishing. Don't use the service to imitate existing characters, brands or artworks.

Acceptable use. No unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexual content, and nothing that exploits or endangers children.

No affiliation. KidsBookForge isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.

Liability. The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
